i go to school from monday to friday. we have chinese and math everyday. we have three english classes every week--on monday , wednesday and friday.
wednesday is my favorite day. because we have computer and music. and we have potatoes for lunch. potatoes are my favorite weekends we have no classes. i usually read books and watch tv. i usually study ping pang on saturday . sometimes i go to a park and climb mountains. i can have chicken ,fish ,hamburger, hotdog, pizza and so on . i like my weekends.

一、陪伴
有家长问我几次，“孩子很努力，我们也天天陪着练习，可是成绩还是提不上去呢？”。
第一种情况，从量变到质变需要时间，这个过程虽然很痛苦，但是有父母的陪伴也是一种幸福，请鼓励我们的孩子坚持下去，会成功的。
第二种情况，学习方法不得当，不善于分析问题和总结问题，怎么能进步呢？
我们做家长要慢慢地陪着孩子长大，对待我们的孩子，言传身教，多要求自己，少要求孩子，和孩子一起共同成长。
二、沟通
孩子这个阶段已经开始有目标了，但是他们需要家长的帮助，比如督促孩子读课文，听听他的背诵。
三、不要对孩子乱发脾气
要站在孩子的位置上，了解他们的`想法。比如看见孩子作业没写完，不要一上来就咋呼、火冒三丈，你怎么还没写？天天就知道玩儿！等等。孩子会因此而好好写作业吗？当然不会，孩子会更抵触写作业。请用同理心教育孩子。“你不按时完成作业，我真的很难过。如果你能在半小时内把作业写完，我会觉得很开心。”
四、松懈现象
有的学生学过英语就对学校的英语课堂学习放松了。觉得都会，以考试傻眼了。我们还是得重视我们的课本。
在英语教学过程中，希望家长配合我的工作有：
一、监督孩子们完成当天的作业
其实老师每天布置的作业都是有针对性的，是对当天课堂知识的巩固和复习，所以要严格要求作业质量。
二、培养孩子记笔记的习惯
让孩子们准备一个错题本，记录自己当时做错的原因，再找同类型题练习，对复习知识很有帮助。
三、朗读和背诵
我认为朗读和背诵是学习语言最有效的方法了。即使今天的作业内容没有朗读背诵，每天也要拿出5分-10分钟大声的读读背背。
四、小目标
孩子们早上出门前定个小目标，比如：今天主动举手发言，或发言一次，发言二次等等。
坚持和认真，两个看上去很简单的词，但是做到持之以恒，很难，坚持做下去，受益终生。如果我们的父母热爱生活与学习，那么父母的榜样的力量大过100句甚至1000句道理。
